A new destination to enjoy shopping in the local Thai atmosphere is now open at Bang Namphueng Floating Market in Samut Prakan Province ( 29 km. from Bangkok).
Bang Namphueng District is a green area where numerous plants are thriving. Birds and insects of several species are found and fresh air can be fully enjoyed here.
What is most interesting is that the Bang Namphueng Floating Market features a lovely atmosphere to taste delicious foods and desserts. Also the OTOP products are available here. So, besides eating, you will enjoy shopping as well. In addition, there are boats for rent. You can have a sight-seeing of traditional Thai houses by paddling the boat. The floating market is open on Saturdays and Sundays from around 08.00 to evening.
