A Variety of Local Goods & Novelty Items
There is a variety of locally-made goods and novelty items you can avail from the Province of Nakornnayok ranging from delectable pastries/delicacies to usable items, not to mention the sweet assortment of fruit, i.e. plum, sweet green orange, pomelo, durian, lemon, etc.

 

Marble Production
Marble making takes place nearby the Nakornnayok Hospital in Muang District and by the intersection leading to the JorPorRor Military School. Marbles products range from vases to kettles, clocks, bracelets, lanterns, name plates for desks, and a lot more.

 

Bamboo Products
In Sarika Sub-District, Amphur Muang, various bamboo
products are produced ranging from carved faces
made of bamboo roots to boat sails. You may avail of
these beautifully made souvenirs at the Sarika Falls,
Nangrong Falls, and Wangtakrai.

 

 



Brooms

These brooms, made from a special sort of grass called "Mai Mhok" and "Mai Phai Hin", can be availed from stores across Nakornnayok Province. The production centre is situated in Sarika Sub-District, Amphur Muang; Nahinlad, Khrokrowad and Nongsaeng Sub-Districts.

 

Rugs/Mats
Other products, i.e. door rugs, sleeping mats in many sizes, etc. are produced in Khaopherm Sub-District, BaanNa District. You may avail these products at some furniture shops in BaanNa market.

 

Mango Tree Products
Carved products such as vases, cande-labra, bowls, etc. made from mango trees are made in Saimool Sub-District, Ongkarak District. You may enquire about other products by calling them on 0 3739 1706.



Fabric
Weaved fabrics and other clothing mate-rials are specially made in a selection of beautiful colours produced in front of Wat Fangklong Temple, Koway Sub-District, Pakphlee District.

Salted Eggs
Nakornnayok-made salted eggs are good smelling with the aroma of pandan leaves. You may visit the production centre in the front

Great-Tasting Delicacies, Great for Souvenirs
Nakornnayok offers an assortment of pastries for your friends back in the city. Delectable "Shell Chuan Chim" goods such as Chinese bakery items are produced at BaanNa market, BaanNa District, and sold out at stores around Nakornnayok. Other pastries include banana chips, potato chips & taro chips, available at Sarika Falls and Nangrong Falls. For your sweet-tasting desire and good health, Nakornnayok also offers you a wide variety of fruit, e.g. star apple, plum, garcinia, kaffir lime, mango, lemon, etc., some of which are preserved, sweetened, and made available the whole year round. You may drop by at the BaanYai intersection, Amphur Muang, or at any Mae Baan Dong Chok Dee zones.
